A growing number of states require school athletics programs to hold a written, venue-specific emergency action plan, reviewed annually and rehearsed. Leagues, clubs and parks departments are held to the same standard of care whether or not a statute names them. Everything here is aimed at that: current plans, posted signage, a way to actually run the annual rehearsal, and a dated record of approvals, rehearsals and AED checks you can produce on request.

Reading an uploaded plan is part of every tier, not an add-on and not metered by the page. It is how most workspaces start, so charging for it separately would be charging for setup twice.

One subscription covers the whole workspace: every venue, every staff member. Schools, districts, youth sports organizations, clubs and parks departments all buy the same way, and an organization running two workspaces pays for two subscriptions.

$150, charged once on the first invoice alongside year one. Never charged again: not at renewal, and not if you change tiers later.

The $250 consulting fee is charged once, when you add it. Annual updates after that are $100 a year, and we invoice them separately. They are never added to your subscription renewal automatically.

Need more venues mid-year? Moving up a tier charges only the price difference and the new venue limit applies immediately. You see the exact amount and confirm it before anything is charged.

You keep the tier you paid for until the paid year ends, then renew on the lower one. We don't take away capacity you have already paid for.

Canceling stops the renewal, and access continues to the end of the year already paid for. No partial-year clawback, no cancellation fee.

Schools and leagues rarely pay by card. Request a purchase order invoice instead: we issue a net-30 invoice for your business office or treasurer, and access begins when the invoice is issued, not when the check clears.
