The demo
See it before you sign up
These are the actual screens, captured from the demo workspace. Have a look, then open the live version and look around everything: it is a complete working workspace for a fictional school, with no account needed.
What you are looking at is what prepared looks like as a screen: every venue answered, every role named, every AED accounted for, the plan rehearsed with the people who will run it, and the printed sign already built. That is what the name means, and it is the state the platform is trying to get your program into.
What you will be looking at
10 screens, one at a time. Click an image to open it full size, and use the arrows or your keyboard to move through them.
Upload your current plan and it is read into a draft you review field by field. Blanks stay blank instead of being guessed, and anything the platform has nowhere to put is listed back so you know what did not come across.
How the demo works
No email, no card, no account. The demo opens straight from the button below.
It is a real, complete workspace for a fictional school: every venue, roster, record and setting, the same screens a subscriber uses. Editing is switched off, so it is the same for every visitor.
Download the venue plans, the emergency sign, the bag tag, the binder and the reports. Every page comes out watermarked.
Nothing you do in the demo is saved, so there is nothing to undo or reset. When you want to make changes, a workspace of your own takes a minute to create.
Ready when you are
The demo opens on the venue list. Pick a venue to see the editor, section by section, or head to Sign-Off & Audit, where the rehearsal, approval and AED records each have a page of their own, and to Heat Policy for the WBGT guidelines. Running a rehearsal, importing and editing are switched off in the demo, because the demo never writes anything: the screens above show what they look like. When you want the real thing, a workspace takes a minute to create.
